Coloredin & Associates reserves the right to issue lay-bye on hair products. The lay-bye period is 1-3 months, exceeding payment period will result in a forfeit.

Coloredin shall not be liable for any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of parcels, whether arising from negligence or otherwise. Due to delivery restrictions &/ including custom laws, from suppliers based in China & India. This may result in delayed dispatch of orders, delayed lead time 5-100 working days. No exchange on sale item will be permitted. If a wig is bought in person, & / worn (lace cut), no refund no exchange, will be permitted.

Coloredin shall not be liable for parcel/s once they have been handed over to courier service or in transit to customer. The tracking of parcel/s once handed over to courier services for delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
